ADR - How fun...

Last year I participated in a short film titled the Cunning Linguist. Last month I was called to go back to Vegas and participate in Automated Dialogue Replacement for certain scenes aka ADR. I guess the word Dubbing is passe'. Either way - I thought it was tons of fun and now I recognize ADR in A-list films and television shows all the time. Basiically, any time there is wind or background noise, ADR is needed to maintain good audio quality.
